This 1969 Ford Mustang was modified in the style of a Boss 429 during a build that was carried out between November 2017 and August 2020. The car is powered by a Kaase-built 505ci V8 linked to a Tremec TKX five-speed manual transmission and a Currie 9″ rear axle. It is finished in Candyapple Red over black vinyl and equipped with Heidts independent front and rear suspension, Wilwood four-wheel disc brakes, 17″ Magnum 500-style wheels, Vintage Air climate control, and Dakota Digital instrumentation. The current owner acquired the car in 2020, and subsequent work included installing the transmission and clutch. The car was disassembled and refurbished between November 2017 and August 2020, with the body refinished in Candyapple Red with Boss 429 graphics. Equipment includes LED headlights and taillights, a trunk-mounted battery, and a Magnaflow 2.5″ dual exhaust system.The 17″ Magnum 500-style wheels are mounted with 245/45 front and 255/45 rear BFGoodrich g-Force Sport tires. The front seats are mounted on extended tracks to provide additional legroom. Appointments include Vintage Air climate control, power windows, power locks, red seatbelts, and a padded center console with an armrest and cupholders. The audio system consists of a Pioneer double-din touchscreen stereo, two amplifiers, eight Alpine speakers, and a powered subwoofer. The air conditioning refrigerant was recharged in preparation for the sale.A D-shaped steering wheel is mounted on a tilt column and frames a Dakota Digital VHX instrument cluster with gray and blue illumination.
